Delighted with our ‘Good’ Care Inspectorate Report

Celebrating our Good Score for Care Inspectorate Report

The Home Manager and wider team are delighted to announce that Springvale Care Home has recently received a ‘Good’ overall rating from the Care Inspectorate.

The Care Inspectorate (CI) is a regulatory body that observes a wide range of medical and social care services in Scotland. The CI aims to ensure that these care services are providing high standards in all that they do, and therefore regularly inspect and rate these care services, providing them with feedback and supporting them in making improvements where necessary.

The CI uses a framework that inspects how good we are at supporting our resident's wellbeing, leadership, and planning care and support, as well as what our staff and setting are like. We are extremely proud that our recent report rates us as 4 / good across all of these categories.

At Springvale Care Home in Lennoxtown, we strive to provide a high standard in the care we deliver to each and every one of our residents, as well as provide them with a safe, warm and homely environment matched with a range of onsite facilities and activities that offer residents the opportunities they need to lead each day as they wish.

The team has worked incredibly hard and we couldn't be happier to receive this recognition. As a small token of our appreciation, we put together a very well-deserved 'Thank You' spread for all of our members of staff.
