A Garden Gathering & A Sponsored Stroll

Residents & staff are looking forward to our upcoming summer party. The summer party will take place on Saturday 26th August from 2pm-4pm and the theme of the day will be Tropics! We encourage everyone to get dressed up and there's even a prize for the most flamboyant shirt!

There will be lots of activities, food and entertainment suitable for all the family. The event aims to raise money for the resident activity fund.

Some of the Springvale team, residents' families, members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team and the local community are getting involved in a sponsored walk on Saturday 30th of September to raise funds for our residents. The walk will be 12.5 miles long, over the Bridge of Orchy to Glencoe – Part of the West Highland Way.

The resident fund for our care home in Lennoxtown supports us in bringing in-house entertainment to residents, especially those who cannot get out for many reasons. Our activities fund recently funded our in-house Panto ‘Hansel and Gretel’. We are hoping to raise enough to fund a variety of entertainment over the festive period.

These events will help promote team building, relationship building and integration into the local community.

It is suitable for all fitness levels although participants should ensure they are psychically well enough and have appropriate clothing/footwear for the time of year. Sponsor forms can be collected from the main reception.
